Evaluate 2 - Rubrics and Competencies

Create: For this section, set up a competency structure using standards for one unit of your sample course. Associate the assignments in that unit with the competency.
A screenshot of the standards-based competency structure and a detailed explanation of why you created the structure that way. Include a discussion of the various pathways a student may go through to attain the competencies in the unit.
I created the standards-based competency structure through the use of quick rubric.  I choose the rubric because of the educational language used to determine the students level of understanding.  The maximum and minimal amount of points is shown and the level of progress is explained in detail.  Students are allowed two ways to deliver the assignment.  Students may display their work by acting out the (original) skit or by displaying a cartoon (originally drawn & illustrated).
HE H.S.4: Students will demonstrate the ability to use interpersonal communication skills to enhance health and avoid or reduce health risks.
