The best LMS are Blackboard and Canvas. Both meet the needs of all stakeholders because of the various apps and calendars that can be integrated into the software, the feedback options, and the analytics options. The LMS are compatible with mobile devices and supports personalize learning. The LMS are user friendly and create a one stop shop thus increasing a teaching and learning environment.

Completing an online course can be challenging to some students. Creating an environment that is conducive to learning and accessible for all stakeholder is imperative to the success of the student.. In return all involved will equally experience success when the student excels.

The students will be required to turn on a webcam to complete the assessment and ensure security. It will only be opened for a limited time during scheduled class block. Students will be required to illustrate a picture of unsafe CPR administration and scan the drawing or take a picture of the drawing and email it for grading (prior to class end time). Reliability An online live assessment will be administered. Student will be required to join the quiz at a designated time. The quiz will be timed and the results will be posted for me to examine. Communicate 2 - Synchronous Sessions

Discuss this question at length in your blog. Integrating synchronous learning sessions allow students the ability to use apps that are congruent to their learning styles. Communication is more obtainable and easier to achieve. Communication can occur virtually in any environment when using synchronous learning sessions. Communicating via phone requires a person to set aside a time and date to conduct the learning session, therefore the environment must be conducive to all parties to ensure decrease distractions. Also some students are lacking communication skills and are more comfortable with learning through the tool.
