Roosevelt will be required to attend a small group session and encouraged to attend tutoring.  FDR will be allowed the opportunity to complete additional work to show understanding and of Sex Education assignment.  With the additional help hopefully FDR grade will increase to a passing overall grade.
Answer in your blog
How could the data be referenced to identify the needs of each student?
The data can be used to provide individualized instruction for struggling students.  The grade-book provides details regarding items graded and allows the teacher the opportunity to pin point areas needed for direct and group instruction

How could the settings of the LMS be used to create personalized learning paths?
The settings of the LMS can pin point students who need additional instruction or student with IEP's.  The settings can be adjusted to allow particular students extended time to complete assignments.

How would this data change your teaching plan? How could it help with remediation or enrichment, etc.?
The data is informative and real time.  As students complete work grades are entered into the system either automatically or by the teacher.  When reviewing data if several students are struggling it will be imperative that the teacher adjust teaching methods to ensure that students are taught based on their learning style.  Small group and individualized instruction may be necessary to help the student meet the standard.
