Answer in your blog
What are your teaching strengths?
I am a big motivator.  I believe in every student and am optimistic that every student will successful pass the course.  I am very supportive and available to assist my students.

What are your teaching weaknesses?
My teaching weaknesses are assuming that all students value instruction and are passionate about learning.  I have to understand that some students need more of a push than others because some do not have as much resources of support at home.

Provide a reflection on your teaching abilities, philosophy and how Evaluate has prepared you to teach online.
I am a lifetime learner who actively seeks new innovative instruction and education techniques.  I understand that education is always revolving and am willing to explore many avenues of delivering instruction.  I believe children are like flowers that need water and sunlight to grow.  Teachers serve as the water and sunlight and must continuously pour into the lives of children.  Evaluate has prepared me to teach online by providing various forms of effective feedback and evaluation methods that can be incorporated into the classroom.   Checks and balances are necessary for the educators, students, and stakeholders.
