The LCDS allows anyone in the Microsoft training and certification community to publish e-learning courses and Learning Snacks by completing the easy-to-use LCDS forms that seamlessly generate highly customized content, interactive activities, quizzes, games, assessments, animations, demos, and other multimedia that can be used in the classroom (LCDS by Microsoft).

SmartBuilder by Suddenly Smart-According to SmartBuilder  the course is an award winning authoring tool that enables you to create rich Flash e-learning with an easy-to-use interface.  Fact-based quizzes dressed up as mini-games, clicking glossy buttons to reveal more text creates meaningful interactivity which is an essential component of effective e-learning, e-learning that influences learners’ behaviors and achieves ROI thus enhancing online learning (SmartBuilder).
When choosing an online learning object tool teachers should use tools that are user friendly, visual stimulating, interactive , and tools that offer current activities that students will enjoy.

Security  Below are examples of health assessments I created.  The students will be required to turn on a webcam to complete the assessment and ensure security.  It will only be opened for a limited time during scheduled class block.  Students will be required to illustrate a picture of unsafe CPR administration and scan the drawing or take a picture of the drawing and email it for grading (prior to class end time).    Reliability An online live assessment will be administered.  Student will be required to join the quiz at a designated time.  The quiz will be timed and the results will be posted for me to examine. Also the individual student test report will be accessible to the student.  Accommodations (based off the students IEP) will be provided for students who need additional time....

Communicate 2 - Synchronous Sessions

Answer in your blog : How does integrating synchronous learning sessions within the online environment assist in developing a learning community for students?
