The LCDS allows anyone in the Microsoft training and certification community to publish e-learning courses and Learning Snacks by completing the easy-to-use LCDS forms that seamlessly generate highly customized content, interactive activities, quizzes, games, assessments, animations, demos, and other multimedia that can be used in the classroom (LCDS by Microsoft).

SmartBuilder by Suddenly Smart-According to SmartBuilder  the course is an award winning authoring tool that enables you to create rich Flash e-learning with an easy-to-use interface.  Fact-based quizzes dressed up as mini-games, clicking glossy buttons to reveal more text creates meaningful interactivity which is an essential component of effective e-learning, e-learning that influences learners’ behaviors and achieves ROI thus enhancing online learning (SmartBuilder).
When choosing an online learning object tool teachers should use tools that are user friendly, visual stimulating, interactive , and tools that offer current activities that students will enjoy.

Create Reflection

A  discussion  about lesson that are most beneficial, strategies to  incorporate , and how each standard has prepared me for  delivering  online  instruction  is provided below.   Standard B, C, -- By exploring  aggregating  and CMS sites that can be used by the educator and learner I feel more comfortable about building a website for the purpose of delivering online instruction.  I plan to use Wix to organize and share apps, and websites. Evaluate Reflection

The Evaluate module has prepared me to meet each standard.  An example of each standard is provided below: Standard D:  Examples of effective feedback was provided showcasing clear expectations and communication between my student and I. Rubrics were provided showing the grading expectations.   Please see below. Standard G, J, and I:  The online teacher demonstrates competencies in creating and implementing assessments in online learning environments in ways that ensure validity and reliability of the instruments and procedures.
